Find a downloaded APK

Use this when a download has finished but the installation window has disappeared.

If you used Downloader, open Downloader → Files and select the downloaded APK.
If you used a browser, open its Downloads list, or use Files / File Manager → Downloads.
Open the APK, allow installation from that specific app if required, and choose Install.
If the file is incomplete or will not open, delete that failed download and download a fresh copy from the current trusted address supplied by Davie.
