Help with logging in

Use the Fire VT account details supplied for your service.

Check the username and password carefully, including capitals and accidental spaces. These are not your Telegram login details.
Check that your device is online, then close and reopen Fire VT.
Check VYRON’s pinned updates or announcements for a known service issue, if available.
Contact Davie to check account status if the login still fails. Include the exact error and your device model.
