Fire VT opens but menus are missing

Check the app’s media permission on your Firestick.

Open Firestick Settings → Applications → Manage Installed Applications.
Select Fire VT → Permissions.
Allow Media, or the equivalent media / files permission shown for your device.
Relaunch Fire VT. If necessary, Force Stop the app first and open it again.
If menus are still missing or the permission is not listed, send Davie a screenshot and your device model.
