Know your device and software
Find the exact model and software version—not just “Firestick” or “Android box”. On Fire TV look under Settings → My Fire TV / Device & Software → About. On Android look under Settings → About or Device Preferences → About.
Compatibility depends on the model, software and current app version. Android APK installation steps do not apply to Vega devices. If you are unsure, send Davie the model and software version and ask him to confirm before buying.
For a first account, choose the relevant new-account option in the shop bot. If you already have an account you want to keep using, choose the relevant renewal option and follow the bot’s instructions. Ask Davie privately if you cannot tell which option matches your existing account.
Keep enough order or account information available to identify a renewal. Do not post passwords or payment details in a group.
Check the package’s connection limits
Read the current package description for the number of devices and simultaneous connections permitted. These can be different: an app installed on several devices does not automatically mean they can all use the same account at once.
Tell Davie how many devices you want to use and whether they need to run at the same time. Confirm the package allows what you need before ordering.
Review your selection before ordering
Check the account type, duration, device or connection allowance and the current price shown in the shop bot. Follow the order instructions there. If something is unclear, message Davie before paying.
