VYRON FAQs
A few quick answers.
Buying, renewing, getting set up and knowing where to turn for help. Tap a question to open the answer.
How do I buy a new account or renew?
Open the VYRON Shop Bot and choose the account or renewal option you need. Check the current package details and follow the bot’s instructions. For the main checks first, read the Before you buy checklist. If you are unsure which option to choose, message Davie before ordering.
Where do I get my login details?
Use the Fire VT account details supplied for your account. They are separate from your Telegram login. If you cannot find them, contact Davie privately with enough order information to identify your purchase. Do not post passwords or payment details in a group. If you have the details but they do not work, use the login help guide.
Which devices can I use?
The help centre covers compatible Fire OS devices, Android Q7 boxes and other compatible Android devices. Compatibility depends on the exact model, software and app version. Vega devices use a different app format, so the Android APK guides do not apply to them. Find your model and software version and ask Davie to confirm compatibility before buying or installing. Check your purchased package with Davie for how many devices or simultaneous connections it permits.
What should I try before contacting Davie?
Start with guided troubleshooting: choose your device and problem, then try one step at a time. You can skip steps you cannot do. If it does not resolve the issue, it takes you to the support message template with your confirmed attempts included. Add the exact error, when it started and a screenshot if available.
What if the shop bot or Telegram is unavailable?
If the shop bot is unavailable, message Davie directly on Telegram. If Telegram is unavailable too, use the VYRON Signal backup group. Joining the backup group ahead of time gives you another way to stay in touch. This website provides links and guides; it does not process orders or payments itself.
How do I run the Fire VT speed test?
In Fire VT, open Settings → Speed Test → Run Speed Test. Let it finish and take a screenshot or photo of the results. Tell Davie your device, connection type and whether a VPN was active. See the connection and speed-test guide for the full checks.
What is the difference between Clear Cache and Clear Data?
Clear Cache removes temporary app files. Clear Data resets saved app data, including login details and settings. Use the Fire TV cache guide or Android cache guide for a cache-only check. Follow the Clear Cache & Data reset guide when you intend to reset Fire VT or Davie asks you to; have your login details ready first.
Can I save or share the installation posters?
Yes. Guides with a poster include Open full-size poster and Download poster buttons. The original posters are reference copies; follow the written guide if wording or device menus differ. Installation codes can change, so ask Davie for the current code if a download is unavailable. Start with the Fire TV installation guide or Q7 installation guide.
Something else on your mind?
For a device or app problem, build a support message so Davie has the details he needs.
